Australian Orders

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Full-price items: refund, credit note or size exchange
Sale items: credit note or size exchange only
Final Sale items: no returns (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for the same item only, subject to availability.
If your size is unavailable, a refund or credit note will be issued where eligible.

Vintage Silk Pieces
Our vintage silk garments are made from pre-loved fabrics.
Small imperfections are part of their character and are not considered faults, as outlined in each product description.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
International Shipping & Duties
International shipping rates include a contribution toward import duties and tariffs that Rosa Paloma pays on your behalf for select countries.
This helps avoid unexpected charges on delivery.
