Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may vary slightly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery times provided by Rosa Paloma are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10 AUD

Express Shipping: Flat rate $15 AUD
Free Express Shipping is available on Australian orders over $350 AUD.
International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: Flat rate $45 AUD

Express International Shipping: Flat rate $70 AUD
International shipping rates include a contribution toward import duties and tariffs that Rosa Paloma pays on behalf of customers for certain destinations. This helps reduce the likelihood of unexpected charges on delivery.
We value transparency and honesty - if any shipping charges are significantly lower than our flat rate charged to you, at time of shipping, we will refund the difference to you. This is a case by case basis, and to the discretion of Rosa Paloma.
While we endeavour to cover these costs in advance, any additional customs charges imposed by local authorities beyond this may remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
If you require assistance tracking your order, please contact rosapalomastore@gmail.com or visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number or email address.
Returns & Shipping
Returns are accepted on Australian orders only, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
